Four Litre Foam Kit

The Scotty Four Litre Foam Kit 4075-50 is designed for attachment to a fire hose. The unit provides a fast and simple solution to a fire scene where a requirement exists to combat fire with a Class A or Class B [AFFF] foam.

The flow rate of the unit is 40 GPM [150 Lts]. The standard 4075-50 has a fixed eduction ratio of 1% for Class A form or 3% with Class B [AFFF] foam.

The 4075-50 can be supplied for use with many extinguishing liquids requiring specific eduction percentage ratios, at request.

The 4075-50 Foam Kit has application in many environments:  Fire Departments, Industrial Facilities, Storage Facilities, Marinas, etc...

The body of the unit is molded from glass reinforced nylon for strength and durability. It is also resistant to corrosion caused by seawater and foam concentrates, electrolysis, and UV radiation.

The insert shows the unit with a 4065 variable check valve mounted to the eductor. The 4075-50V now has the capability of turning off the foam or selecting .5%, 1%, or 3% eduction percentages.

Four Litre 8 gpm Kit

The Scotty Four Litre 8 gpm Foam Kit 4075-8 is designed for attachment to a 3/4" forestry hose. For use in situations where there are water limitations. The 8 gallon [36 Lts.] flow rate permits an economic use of water without sacrificing fire fighting effectiveness.

An ideal tool in grassland fire situations.

SCOTTY FIREFIGHTER 4075-3
Four Litre 3 gpm Kit

The Scotty Four Litre 3 gpm Kit 4075-3 has similar application as the 4075-8. Because of the lower flow rate, the unit can be attached to a standard garden hose and can be used in rural and urban environments.

A modified 4075-3 is used for the reduction of various Fire Gel products. These models are designated as 4075-GEL3 and 4112-AFFG3.

The unit can be adapted for use with many products requiring an eduction delivery system.

Both the 3 and 8 gpm units will operate with a pressure of 50 PSI.
